The art of recycling is gorgeous here in this garden in Washington d.c. The center maze has river black rocks pressed in and recycled glass...not the sharp kind, but the kind in car windows that when broken breaks into tiny glass balls. The foliage plants and colors are so striking around the center circle. It has to be luminous in the moonlight...the shimmer.
