This little circle corner right next to the beach in La Jolla has a beautiful california cottage garden that is flourishing.
Each street side of the property overflows with roses and perennials.
See the surfers through the gazebo in the ocean waiting for great waves? I'm guessing the roses are "iceburg," a hardy floribunda rose.
